Telephone interviews with a computer set (САТІ — Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing)
We conduct a survey at the national level or at the level of individual regional centers. A randomized set is used, where each number is a combination of random numbers.
Rolling Study
It is conducted using a telephone survey (CATI). Every day we interview a small but representative sample of respondents, after which the data of the last 5-7 days are combined using the moving average method, which makes it possible to eliminate random data fluctuations and see trends in the development of the situation. The advantage of the rolling method is the possibility of receiving daily information about the change of the necessary indicator for analysis, for example, the connection of the change of attitude towards a certain personality and media events.
Face-to-face interview with a paper questionnaire (face-to-face / PAPI — The Pen-and-Paper Personal Interview)
Conducting large-scale all-Ukrainian, regional or local face-to-face surveys. Usually by apartment / by the place of residence of the respondent.
Panel Research
A study in which multiple surveys of the same sample of respondents are conducted over a certain period of time. The main advantage is the ability to record changes in respondents' opinions at the individual level.
Hybrid survey
The interviewer collects phone numbers in the required location, after which an employee of our call center calls the respondent and interviews him. This method guarantees the highest accuracy of data.
Exit-Poll
Survey of voters at the exit from the polling stations.
Focus-groups
A group interview organized in the form of a conversation between several respondents, usually 6–12 people. It can be offline with video or audio recording or online. Participants can be any target audience, average or expert.
Expert interview
Survey of specialists in a certain field. Conducted by the method of individual telephone interviews or in person (face-to-face).
In-depth interviews
Among the target audience to determine the list of problems, preferences, stereotypes. Conducted by the method of individual telephone interviews or in person (face-to-face).
